Fashion Event with a difference
Within the Group of companies Founded and or Co-Owned by myself, is our Modelling Agency Nex-Core.
On the 22nd March we launch with a series of Fashion Shows at our newly built Offices, Plazza and Runway, all created with high quality builds.
What is different you may ask?
Nex-Core have at their disposal, the most tenchnologicaly advanced fully scripted 'Catwalk' systems available within Second Life. We have currently setup 2 different systems, with a third and most advanced being setup for testing prior to the launch. Many have tried to develop these type of systems and not reached their goals, we have!
Not only have we overcome the lag situations normally associated with Fashion Shows whereby the models on the runway, walk up walls and stall when they hit that wall of lag. Our systems over come this situation.
Our full turnkey solutions we offer include, Full Fashion Shows, Movie capture and production, host and streaming on both our website (attracting over 250,000 visitors a month) and streamed into Second Life from our 5 secure bespoked servers, over the Silver Stream Network Media System, which won an award for innovation at the International Technology Expo 2007, along with the creation of a Show brochure, featuring the talents of our professional photographers and graphic artists.

Do you mean the Avatar control systems we call The Catwalk Systems?
If that is what you mean, we have descided to release 2 of the 3 systems we developed, for sale in SL. They will not be cheap, as it cost a great deal for development. We believe, for what those systems offer, every purchaser will be not just getting a unique system, but excellent value for money.
This movie was produced using one of the systems. It shows how the avatar was fully controlled, turning, posing, animations, speed and direction. This Movie, shows it in live action in a packed sim. Try doing that without our system :¬)

I'll be posting the event dates and times here on my Blog, it will appear in SL Events, along with an internal email to relevant MetaNetwork departments.
We are currently detailing each show (2 per day, 2 days a week).. I'll also be carrying out movies of each event to show on our website with copies posted here.
