Ketchikan Alaska. One week before I took a float plan tour of the Misty Fjords, the same plane I was on crashed (flew into a cliff due to sudden weather change) and all aboard died. Fortunately I didn't know about it until after my flight. Because my flight was so hairy due to weather that if I'd known I'm sure I would have died from sheer anxiety.
