Two virtual worlds events coming up very soon
Just wanted to let you know about two events coming up very soon.
The first is an in world introductory seminar on virtual worlds legal issues, taking place at noon SLT, 8pm UK time this coming Tuesday, 15 July. You can find more details in the attached flyer and at http://slba.info/speakers/naylor.html. The seminar is the first of an initial series of four, all of which aim to provide a practical look at some key virtual worlds and new media legal topics. In addition, those of you interested in virtual worlds policy issues may be interested in attending the virtual worlds policy network conference on 22 and 23 July in London. See http://virtualpolicy08.eventbrite.com/ This event is run by Ren Reynolds and will be attended by various leading academics, practitioners and government representatives focusing on virtual worlds policy issues.
