Is there a tutuorial about how this works? Can we follow a group, and thereby receive tweets from all members of the group? Or do we have to keep up and set "follows" for all the members individually?
I would assume WE are the group which would be tweeting about the organization. Which leads to the question, does one person post or can that be done by several people?
We should decide upon a hashtag (like: #avw) that we can use to tag posts about AVW. However, as I'm a professional emerging media developer who specializes in virtual worlds, and most of my Twitter followers are colleagues in my industry, a great deal of my posts are virtual world related. Maybe the question - for me at least - is what sorts of things deserve the hastag for AVW?
The request for a chair and co-chairs leads me to believe that those people will have access to an AVN account that they can post AVW items to. Sounds similar to the way accounts like MacWorld or CNET work.
What Can the AVW Do For You?
