Since so much of virtual worlds work is done by independents and small groups, we were thinking of putting up a sort of job/skills board. Not a Monster kind of thing, but something far less formal where people could identify their skills and others could perhaps list their needs. What do you think? Any ideas on a sort of inexpensive and simple interface for this?
just a small monster-style list would work, but focused on letting applicants post their skills. that works better from my experience with such a specialized field, as not everyone can encompass everything they need in a job's skill listing
It would be nice if it allowed links to *actual* projects (proof of what people say) rather than just the horn blowing that tends to go on in the Interweb.
